Apple Q4 earnings to be hit by $10bn charge

After losing its appeal against an EU competition regulator's decision to pay 13 billion euros in unpaid taxes to Ireland, Apple announced that it will incur a one-time income tax charge of up to $10 billion in the fourth quarter ending on September 28th.
